App Design - Stinker Stores

Welcome to the Stinker Stores app design project. While it may not look it on the surface, there were roughly five external vendors that required constant communication while developing the backend pieces to this app, from the loyalty and rewards side to the pickup and home delivery processes that are built in. While the backend was being developed, I had the opportunity of overseeing the creative strategy and direction implementation alongside the executive team in bringing this app to life.

Our team expected to see roughly 25% market penetration within the first year, and were happily surprised to see that it hit 20% in the first quarter of it's launch.
